Mr. Zunker: I have one of your ceramic wall hangings with the same face as the ones on your web page. It has been a special piece that I've treasured for over 25 years and is prominently displayed in my zen garden here in Santa Rosa.
It's truly a remarkable piece of art. Thanks Dorian Laetari

About the Artist
Hello. My name is Richard Zunker; a ceramic sculptor now at 59 years of age. I've been creating my works of clay for 38 years, I must say- where has the time gone. I guess when you do what you love, time goes by fast. I was born and raised in the midwestern town of Brookfield, Wisconsin. I've settled in Northern California in the small town of Sebastopol after leaving the University of Wisconsin where I studied art. For the last few years my sculpture has focused on mermaids and large sea shell designs. My work has sold across the states from California to Florida. I hope you enjoy what you see here and I will continue to post new works as they are created.

We bought a similar piece April, 6, 2014, from a gallery in Occidental, CA. Wonderful (Fills us with wonder). The glass firing is great.
